Before
coming here, I suffered from 3-4 months of pain due to tendonitis. I was unable
to move my arm. I had trouble using my elbows, and I couldn’t open water

help. For about 20 years I also had female system disorders with irregular
periods and 35 day cycles. The OBGYN put me on birth control pills to regulate
