In
March 2004, I was diagnosed with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) after a
“simple” carpal tunnel release surgery of my left hand. After the surgery,
the carpal tunnel numbness was constant and worse, and the pain became
excruciating. My fingers were swollen and the joints frozen. My surgeon wanted
to do another, exploratory surgery, but I refused, fearing another RSD flare up.
I
was on disability for a month, since I couldn’t work as a registered nurse and
the pain medication made me so drowsy. I felt pretty useless and had become a
one-handed person with constant pain who couldn’t even put on her own socks. I
searched for a new job as I was told that the RSD would probably take a year to
resolve and would probably need another carpal tunnel release surgery. Four
stellate ganglion nerve blocks in my neck failed to relieve the symptoms and
only brought major expense and complications. I was at a loss to find relief
from Western medicine.

friend of mine went on the internet and found your website. I
went the day after my last stellate nerve block, in April of 2004. I was
skeptical, but my friend had had good experiences with natural medicine, so I
