For
over 6 years, since May 1998, I suffered from Crohn’s Disease. I did not know
what it was and the doctors explained it by telling me that there is no cure for
it. The diagnosis was hard to take. I was anemic and I suffered from weight loss
and vomiting. I had no appetite and disdained food. I missed school a lot and I
was unable to play in little league. I had no social life because anything that
