Three years ago, I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue. I started to gradually put on weight (60 pounds since 1997) and couldn’t seem to lose it. I had swelling of the right leg for many years which made it difficult to stand for long periods of time. My hands were also stiff and in pain. I could not think or talk straight.
