suffered from chronic lower back pain due to a herniated disc and my vertebrae
pitched to one side. I was in chronic pain and everyday it was getting worse. I
have always been a very active person. I would run everyday, play golf or play
with the kids. This condition limited me, and it affected every part of my life
in a negative way. I could not walk, sit, lie down, or sleep.

killer, and Flexorl, a muscle relaxer. The drugs did not treat the problem and
my condition just got worse.
